This article focuses on how we’re rewarding our community and early holders. We’ve carefully designed these token claims to ensure they align with our long-term vision for $TBAG’s success and stability. The last thing we want is to hurt the token price by over-distributing too early. Here’s how we’re doing it based on the token reaching specific martket cap milestones:

• Claim 1: $T3P Presale contributors
  Claims open at $3M market cap reached ($30k in total $TBAG claims)
• Claim 2: T3 Play FF4 Asset Holders
  Claims open at $6M market cap reached ($50k in $TBAG)
  Eligible holders Include: T3RP, Defender Pass, X-Ion, Helios, & Serum holders (Snapshot + more details at time)
• Claim 3: $T3P Presale contributors (Second claim)
  Claims open at $12M market cap reached ($50k in $TBAG)
• Visionaries NFT staker $TBAG claim (1% of total token supply)
  Timing for this claim will be once $T3P is launched (as planned with Visionaries benefits see HERE), OR earlier if $TBAG is doing well, and $T3P has been delayed beyond November.

Visionaries Stakers

Alpha: Just be staking, we will not give you warning for the claim snapshot. This isn’t a “VXP” benefit, VXP is for cash/ETH claims from $T3P token success. To be eligible for the partner token claims, including $TBAG, you only need to be staking. Snapshot and claims can happen at any time!

$TBAG Presales

Yes! You will have an opportunity to take part in $TBAG presales if you want. (totally optional)
These $TBAG presales will be the earliest chance to have liquid $TBAG tokens at launch — The above claims are milestone based claims. The only other way to get your hands on liquid $TBAG tokens will be purchasing at market value post launch.

The presales are being very carefully designed to ensure wide distribution and low contribution limits per wallet. This means no one entity gets a big advantage, it becomes a fair distribution. Stay tuned for those details! Presales will be for T3 Play community, and all of our partners across all chains with the goal to spread awareness, and soft onboard new holders onto Linea.

For those $T3P Visionaries presalers who want to “opt out”, we’ll even have an option for you too. Those wallets will receive the USDC value they contributed to our $T3P presale in $TBAG value at launch price (Max $250 per wallet) and it will be a manual claim.
